Unintentionally, this week’s theme has been brand partnerships. For some reason, I became aware of company crushes that led to beautiful consumer goods all at once and had no choice but to make sure you knew too.
Obviously first was the mashup of Sugar Paper LA and Target. Everyone is thrilled.
And now, today, I’m over the moon about Madewell getting together with Sézane. The collection showed up last Tuesday and if I had to provide my own summary for the collaboration I’d say, “American staples infused with Parisian chic.”
The line is full of pieces that can be dressed up, dressed down, dressed any which way you might want. And of course the collection fuses seamlessly with Madewell’s existing line making not buying everything really, really hard.
Did you also know that Kate Spade and Jack Spade teamed up with Gap Kids??
